Patrick Dwyer
Patrick Dwyer is our primary law enforcement consultant. He brings an extensive experience, with a 34-year career in the San Jose Police Department and as Chief of Police for the City of Palo Alto. He has been a national leader in community policing, crime prevention and juvenile detention reform. Pat's highly regarded firm, PD Solutions, specializes in providing interim police chief services, justice system consulting, succession planning programs and building interagency partnerships among the justice system, schools and non-profits. Pat has most recently implemented a CIT (Crisis Intervention Team) training program for law enforcement agencies across Santa Clara County. Pat received his undergraduate degree from San Jose State University and is a graduate of the California Law Enforcement Law Command College and the FBI Law Enforcement Executive Development Program.
