We are Code Red Training Associates, Inc. and our program has been identified by 9-1-1 Magazine as “one of the most progressive and effective school safety programs in the nation.”  With extensive backgrounds in education and public safety, we understand the need for building substantive partnerships between school districts and emergency response agencies. We have a strong track record in consultation support, partnership development, training, tabletop exercises and drills that move safety planning from concept to reality. We have helped implement safety programs in a wide range of socio-economic communities – including urban, suburban and rural schools – and, in light of diminishing budgets and staff time, have streamlined trainings in order to continue reaching the maximum number of staff members with minimal impact on time allocated for staff development and staff meetings.

In our experience, training is the single most critical factor for a sustainable safety program. Code Red Training Associates understands that the true mark of a quality program is that when the grants and consultants are gone, the district and schools are still able to utilize, modify and enhance the initial training and materials to adapt to a wide variety of future circumstances without incurring ongoing licensing fees.
